It's the Routine that's Killing You
A few tidbits:
It's very simple to get what you want, it's just not easy. You have to force yourself.
Anything that is a break in your routine will require force.
Your problem isn't coming up with ideas, it's acting on them.
The 5 second rule: you pull the emergency break within a mere 5 seconds if you don't act on your idea/impulse. Act fast!
The likelihood of you being born at the time you were born, to whom you were born was 1:400 trillion. You are here for a very specific purpose.
